Meet Us
We are Carla and Rick Tocquigny and we have been blessed with 40 years of adventure, marriage, two daughters, a son in law, and extraordinary travel friends who have enriched our lives. Native Texans who met at Texas A&M University, we lived in some of the greatest seasonal locations, enjoying summer in Boulder, Colorado, spring in Raleigh, North Carolina, autumn in Londonderry, New Hampshire, and winter in Boca Raton, Florida. We knew that one day our happiest life would be living in our favorite locations during the best seasons of the year.
We co-wrote the AAA awarded book, Life Lessons from Family Vacations, and have hosted The Transformed Traveler podcast with over 200 episodes.
Carla has designed and led trips to 6 continents and 84 countries. Known as the Transformed Traveler, she is now the chief visionary for Living Seasonally.
We revel in living in new AND old places around the world as we awaken all of our five senses in each location.
We LIVE to inspire others to find their greatest joy with extended time in choice locations across their own state, country, or continent.
